Why is my listing held until my founder profile is complete?
Founder profiles are required before your product can go live. Here's what information we need and how to unlock your listing.

Profile completion gates your launch
Your listing can be drafted, submitted and paid for, but cannot go live or be scheduled until your founder profile is active. This is not a permanent block. Complete the profile and your listing is released automatically. Any paid launch week still ahead remains reserved; if that week has passed, your listing launches this week at full visibility (paid) or rolls into the next free-queue week, and we notify you of the outcome.
What your profile must contain
Navigate to /account/founder and add: a photograph paired with a one-line description of that image, your full name, your professional title or role, your country of residence, and a bio of at least 80 characters. You must also link at least one personal channel—your own website or a personal social profile, not company or product pages.
Optional fields are your city and a founder story link.
Adding co-founders
Use the Team section within /account/founder to invite other founders. Co-founders appear on your product listing only once they have completed their own profiles.
Questions people ask
- My listing is paid but shows 'waiting for founder profile'. Will I lose my week?
- No. Your reserved week is held. Once your profile is complete, the listing releases. If the paid week has already passed, it goes live this week or queues for the next free slot, and we confirm which.
- What counts as a personal link?
- Your own website or personal social account. Company pages, product pages and shared team accounts do not meet this requirement.
- Do co-founders need their own profiles?
- Yes. Each co-founder must complete their own profile at /account/founder before they appear alongside you on the listing.
