Set your alert preferences
Visit /account/notifications to choose your delivery method and cadence for each notice type. For each alert, you can elect Email, Telegram or Slack as your channel—Telegram and Slack integrate with your own bot or webhook. Your chat channels can observe optional quiet hours to cluster notifications outside your specified window.
Delivery frequency options
Once you pick a channel, select how often you receive that alert:
- Instant: notification as it occurs
- Daily digest: batched summary each day
- Weekly digest: batched summary each week
- Off: no alert for this notice type
Email is always available. Telegram and Slack depend on your own integrations.
Mandatory notices
Some alerts cannot be disabled. These are system notices—receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, listing holds against your founder profile, listing status changes, missing badge notifications, and security notices such as a new device sign-in or email address change. These are sent to your registered email address regardless of your other settings.
Unsubscribe from individual notices
Each notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link specific to that notice type. This lets you opt out without visiting your account settings, though mandatory notices will continue to reach you.
Questions people ask
- Can I receive alerts on Telegram or Slack?
- Yes. At /account/notifications, select Telegram or Slack for any notice type. Both use your own bot or webhook; the site does not manage these credentials.
- Will I be bothered outside work hours?
- You can set optional quiet hours on Telegram and Slack to silence notifications during your chosen window. Email and mandatory notices respect no quiet hours setting.
- Which notices must I receive?
- Receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, founder profile holds, listing status changes, missing badges, and security alerts (new device, email change) cannot be turned off.
