When do you get your money back?
Paid listings are non-refundable. Full reversal applies only if we remove your listing. Disputes pause your purchase until resolved.

Payment finality
Once you've paid for a listing, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed (see the full terms). This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain in force.
Listing removal: automatic reversal
If our review team rejects or takes down a paid listing, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. A credit note is issued at the same time.
For cryptocurrency payments, we ask for a payout address to complete the refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
When you dispute or reverse a payment, all products bought with that order are removed from view immediately. Your account access continues, but the purchase stays down until the dispute is settled.
If we win the dispute, the listing is restored. If you win, the refund stands and the listing remains down.
Questions people ask
- Can I get a refund after paying for a listing?
- No. Payments are final except when we remove your listing ourselves, in which case you're refunded in full to your original payment method.
- What happens if I dispute a payment?
- The listing is taken down while the dispute is in progress. It's restored only if the dispute is decided in our favour.
- How do crypto refunds work?
- We'll request a payout address from you and send the refund there. A credit note is also issued.
